The Product Manager Skincare (Online Marketing) at is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of online marketing strategies for skincare products. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and increase brand visibility. The Product Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and optimizing online campaigns to ensure maximum customer engagement and sales.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Acquire product knowledge of Skincare
- Execute the decision overall online and offline marketing plans, product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, press conferences, etc. according to the devision's Standard Operating Protocol (SOP).
- A&P budget control for planning costs, during-development costs as well as execution costs to efficiently utilize allocated funds for marketing activities
- Work with sales team to ensure that marketing plans and efforts are translated on the sales floor
- Public Relations - Media mention and publicity, handle social media platrform such as: Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube
- Develop and maintain good rapport with business associates
- Generate marketing ideas and designs for social media posts for various brands under the allocated portfolio
- Produce marketing strategies and creative ideas to raise brand awareness and online engagement
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in Science/ Communications/ Business or a related field
- Possess experience in upmarket brand marketing, handle social media platform such as: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok
- Good command of English with copywriting skills
- Has good experience with social media marketing
