The Product Manager is responsible for product planning.
This includes sets the strategy, roadmap, timeline, feature definition for products, guides the success of the product line, and leads the cross-functional team responsible for improving it.
This role will also be leading cross-functional teams to craft and implement various product development initiatives, most notably between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Responsible to define strategy and roadmap for the product that we are developing
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand and streamlining business requirements and success metrics for the product development
- Leading initiatives to scale up the current product with proper documentation and proposal
- Lead research, testing, metrics analysis, data insight and experimentation to make a decision development
- Define product solutions based on a strong understanding of both end user's and internal user's needs
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
- Have at least 3 years experience in product management
- IT educational background would be preferable
- Strong knowledge of analytics and partnerships
- Possess deep product expertise needed to lead the team and make strategic product decision;
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in IT product development
- Initiator and self-starter and possess good communication skills
- Have a strong sense of responsibility
- Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Macintosh, Trello, Baserow, Slack
- Having strong English speaking and writing skills.
