- Collaborate with Business Development and Product team to develop and improve the overall product & feature marketing including improvement planning, implementation timeline, product and feature testing, and post-launch/campaign analysis
- Aligning and understanding of the end-to-end feature marketing (e.g. ShopeeFood Ads, Flash Sale) operational framework to meet deadlines and requirements, including merchant assessment, campaign ideation and execution
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development team to develop feature promotional campaigns including campaign briefing, creative execution, 360 marketing channel planning, and post-campaign analysis
- Develop marketing and campaign key selling point, copywriting, and visuals with Graphic Designer team
- Regularly monitor & track overall product marketing campaign or project performance by robust data analysis to give clear updates as well as pointing out learnings & recommendations for improvement
- Work on ad-hoc feature campaign projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience
- Should have at least 2 years of experience working in a product marketing, merchant marketing, or commercial growth role in the technology or start-up industry. Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry will be a plus.
- Proven experience as a campaign and/or product marketing executive or similar role
- Good communication skills with prior product marketing execution and project management experience
- Strong organizational & time-management abilities
- Strong business acumen and understanding of Food & Beverage industry
- Great team players, able to work with all levels to achieve business objectives
- Excellent verbal, negotiation, and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders
