**About Us**
INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel's digital assets and capabilities to create cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia's digital economy.
**What you will do but not limited to**:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Define target market, calculate, Develop, and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Ensure marketing strategy are achieved.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of sales tools and make improvements as needed.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and performance metrics to inform marketing strategies.
- Work closely with other team to ensure the product flow is following the deadline, provide customer insights, and influence product development
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1 - 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in education.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good business mindset
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) is preferable
