**Your responsibilities**:
- Competitive Landscape: Conduct thorough research on competitors within the AI recruitment platform space. Evaluate their products, strengths, weaknesses, market positioning, and identify opportunities for Kamila.ai to differentiate itself.
- Review competitors, understanding their market strategies, feature sets, and integration capabilities.
- Identify key features, pricing strategies, and market needs that Kamila.ai can leverage to establish a competitive advantage
- Adjacent Market Analysis: Analyze similar tools in the space and sister markets like sales tools providing useful solutions to HR recruitment and/or sales pipeline nurturing.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to support strategic decision-making and positioning of Kamila.ai.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on market strategy and customer targeting.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and strategic recommendations.
**Future Projects Might Include**:
- Define Customer Profile: Identify potential customers by analyzing demographics, firmographics, and psychographics.
- Calculate Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Serviceable Available Market (SAM) for Kamila.ai.
- Craft detailed positioning statements and value propositions to differentiate Kamila.ai in the market.
- Assist in the development of pricing and packaging strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of product launch and promotional campaigns.
- Manage lifecycle communications and sales enablement activities.
- Support the management of channel marketing and sales initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, minimum C1 is essential.
- Proven work experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with market analysis tools and methodologies.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and market trends.
- Experience in defining and developing customer profiles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
