**Job Deskripsi**
- Manage the life cycle of insurance products from planning to launch and maintenance.
- OJK documents preparation include policy provisions (general and special provisions), brochure, RIPLAY (personal and general), training material.
- UAT process.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for insurance products and design new features that meet market needs.
- Monitor product performance and conduct regular evaluations of the company's product portfolio.
- Ensure product compliance with all regulations and requirements in the insurance industry.

- Good analytical skills with experience in risk and market analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
