Product Operation Specialist

Responsible for overall Product Monitoring/Optimizing to be run smoothly

Ensure related parties/department knows well for the updated feature & its usage method

Assist Customer Service/ Telemarketing/ Credit Teams to improve the system & also solve the problem ASAP

Support for compliance periodic data report & insidental report periodic reports and incidental reports

Competitor Benchmarking Analysis & Reporting

Business Data Report Logic Preparation & Monitoring

Product Knowledge Update & Training

Maintain good relation with related organization & keep update to the industrial news/ rules & regulation

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Mandatory languages**: Fluent in Mandarin & Able to speak English (Speaking & Writing)

Has Good Analytical Skills, Meticulous

Good in Ms. Office

Preferably Supervisor with specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

Have internet company working experience
