Daily monitoring of any product issue escalation form Partner Support Centre (PSC), VKAM and BPO

Recapping Issue based on Solution and identify the issue

Answering the general issue using FAQ

Escalate issue to Edo/Fenny if outside of general FAQ

Share catalog to brand (coordinate with Fenny)

Update catalog sharing tracker

Escalate of catalog troubleshooting issue (coordinate with Fenny)

Download daily data report for CPM Bidding

Update the report tracker

Check the TRP report daily

Coordinate with Fenny to validate the result

Request voucher granting

Consolidate list of whitelist request of NPL

Upload seller list to NPL dashboards

Communicate with MSKAM PIC the status

Requirement
