Product Owner

Define and communicate the product vision and goals to the scrum team and stakeholders.Create and maintain the product backlog, which consists of user stories, epics, and tasks that align with the product vision and goals.Prioritize the product backlog based on the value, risk, and dependencies of each item.Review and accept or reject the work done by the scrum team in each sprint.Provide feedback and guidance to the scrum team to ensure that the product meets the quality standards and user expectations.Plan and participate in the sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, and other agile ceremonies.Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and validate product assumptions.Measure and evaluate the product performance and user satisfaction using various metrics and tools.A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.Previous working experience as a product owner or a similar role in product management.In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, such as scrum, kanban, or XP.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify user needs and validate solutions.Strong communication skills, written and verbal, to convey the product vision and requirements to the team and stakeholders.Strong presentation skills to demonstrate the product features and benefits to the end users and customers.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
