**Job Description**:
Product Owner is responsible for driving product development and ensuring alignment with strategic partners. They will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., technology, marketing) to define the product vision, identify growth opportunities, manage the product backlog and roadmap, and deliver product with strong focus on customer-centricity. They will be accountable for business KPIs performance and end-to-end delivery. They will be responsible for stakeholder communication and building close relationships with all stakeholders ensure overall strategy, and team's effort are all aligned. Their work will be instrumental to deliver exceptional customer and business results
**Responsibilities**:
- Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to management and all cross-entity stakeholders
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritize business requirements
- Understand and contribute to the end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within business objectives, business requirements, and user needs
- Monitor performance against the predefined metrics/ KPIs and communicate the status to all cross-entity stakeholders
- Own, maintain the backlog and prioritize the day-to-day work of the team based on the given targets and KPIs
- Make strategic decision based on data-driven insights
- Utilizes market, industry, and technical knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their product
- Establish an effective feedback loop to continuously improve the product
**Qualifications**:
**Domain Expertise**:
- Deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including incumbent processes and potential disruptions in the financial industry
- Proven expertise in product management, preferably within fintech
**Agile Experience**:
- Proven track record as a Product Owner in an agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and prioritize a product backlog
- Experience in facilitating agile cadence (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, sprint retrospective)
**Individual Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-entity stakeholders
- Great leadership skills with ability to take full ownership and accountability
- Strong analytical skills to translate user needs into product features
- Ability to make informed decisions based on data and metrics
- Ability to work with minimum leadership guidance

**This job is only open to those who**:

- Are willing to work on-site for 5 days a week at a Telco company in the Jakarta area.
