Product Owner

Define and communicate the product vision to the development team, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. Ensure a clear understanding of the product's objectives and align the team's efforts towards achieving them.
Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and analyze product requirements. Translate user needs into clear and actionable development tasks.
Utilize Agile principles to manage the product development process efficiently. Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and prioritize them based on business value and user impact.
Develop and maintain a product roadmap, outlining the timeline for upcoming features and enhancements. Collaborate with development teams to plan and execute successful product releases.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in delivering technology solutions and/or working with large-scale enterprise systems.
Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, motivating and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Proven track record of solving challenging problems, using a systematic approach to analyze, evaluate, and identify solutions.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferably experienced in managing teams using Agile principles, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
Possess knowledge of the insurance or financial industry, understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
Familiarity with project PSAK 74 / IFRS 17 will be highly valued.
Willingness to work in a Work From Office (WFO) setup, collaborating effectively with the team on-site.
