As a Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our software solutions for drone operations, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and contribute to our company's growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear and compelling product vision for our drone software, aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and product backlog items.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the key features, enhancements, and initiatives necessary to achieve the product vision, considering market trends and competitive landscape.
- Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable and impactful features for our customers, while balancing time, resources, and technical constraints.
- User Experience (UX): Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to define and refine user experience requirements, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interactions with the software.
- Release Management: Coordinate with the development team to plan and execute timely software releases, managing dependencies and ensuring smooth deployment of features to customers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate the product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal stakeholders, executives, and customers, soliciting feedback and managing expectations.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and potential areas for product improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the software industry, preferably in the drone or robotics domain.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing a product backlog.
- Technical background and familiarity with software development processes and technologies, enabling effective communication with the development team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for drones, robotics, and emerging technologies.
- Previous experience in the drone industry or familiarity with drone operations is highly desirable.
**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
