Product Owner

**Overview**

As a Product Owner for our Application Product, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of the product to meet the needs of healthcare facilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

**Responsibilities**
- Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap to development teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand user needs and prioritize features accordingly.
- Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, refining and grooming it regularly.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Provide clear requirements to development teams, including acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure features meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Lead product demonstrations, gather insights, and inform future development.
- Measure product performance, user engagement, and adoption rates, making data-driven decisions.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, preferably in healthcare IT.
- Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, especially hospital or clinic operations and workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile methodology.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs.

**Salary**: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Product Management: 1 year (preferred)
