**Your Job**
The **Product Owner** is to act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and aligns with the company's strategic objectives. Key areas of focus for this role in priority order will be:

**Your Focus**
In this role, you'll wear many hats, from feature discovery to stakeholder management. Your key responsibilities include:
**Feature Exploration**: Lead the charge in identifying and prioritizing new product features, backed by robust market research and data analysis.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Bridge the gap between departments, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
**Roadmap Commitments**: Own and drive our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our overarching business objectives.
**Backlog Management**:Curate and prioritize our product backlog based on customer needs and strategic imperatives.
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Effectively communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, gathering valuable feedback along the way.
**Quality Assurance**: Work hand-in-hand with QA teams to maintain the highest quality standards for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction at every turn.
**Who you are**:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment.
- Strong understanding of the gift and loyalty industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Bilingual in English / French is an asset
