Product Planning Supervisor - Food Manufacturing

Persyaratan

Hold minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Food Engineering or other food related major.

1-2 years of experience in Product Planning/Product Development/Brand Development or other similar jobs in Food Manufacturer, particularly frozen foods.

Business level English.

Market Research skills.

Good communication skills, logical thinking skills, passion for foods & customer satisfaction, and tenacity.

Product Planning of Ready-to-Eat Foods, particularly frozen foods, based on the customer's needs.

To understand the customer's needs, doing market research. Doing quantitative and qualitative research (including field research), competitor research, and other countries case research to find the market opportunity.

Doing research on ourselves to find our strength in R&D and Production.

Based on the customer's needs, doing Product Planning, which means, Product Concept Establishment (Target Customer, Needs, Benefits, Product Features, and Pricing) and its market opportunity.

Based on approved Product Planning, proceeding with a project to realize the product, involving relevant departments such as R&D, Production Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Costing, Quality Control, and Marketing). Not only until launching, need to do follow up post-launching.
