2 years' working experience in related posiiton- Have an experience in the F&B Industry- Willing to work in Cikande, Tangerang, BantenJob Description:- Product Planning of Ready-to-Eat Foods, particularly frozen foods, based on the customer's needs and our seeds.- To understand the customer's needs, doing market research. Doing quantitative and qualitative research (incl. field research), competitor research, and other countries case research to find the market opportunity.- To understand our seeds, doing research on ourselves to find our strength in R&D and Production.- Based on the customer's needs and our seeds, doing Product Planning, which means, Product Concept - Establishment (Target Customer, Needs, Benefits, Product Features, and Pricing) and its market opportunity.- Based on approved Product Planning, proceeding with a project to realize the product, involving relevant departments such as R&D, Production Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Costing, Quality Control, and Marketing).
