Create and Plan Promotional and consumer promo in order to support sales target- Create and Plan Marketing Strategy together with Product and Promotion Team- Do market research and survey for product development- Develop new product and refreshment product- Develop marketing material for the productsQualifications:- Bachelor degree (S1) from Marketing / Management / any related field with mínimal GPA 3.00- Strong analytical thinking through datas and by logic- Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office : Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms Power Point, etc)- Having knowledge or experience in market research and product development- Having knowledge or experience in planning promotional activation in order to support sales target achievement- Having knowledge or experience in creating consumer promo**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Promoter: 1 year (preferred)Application Deadline: 09/15/2023
