Product Qa

**Main Function**:Responsible for the process of manual and automated testing to ensure the highest quality of the product, aligning it with the specified requirements.**Requirements**:- Leads and executes product testing strategy with a focus on quality and reliability.- Leads QA team both manual and automation.- Plans, designs, and implements manual and automated testing scenarios.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Product, Design, Business and Marketing teams to bring products to market.- Ensure the highest quality of the product, aligning it with the specified requirements.- Responsible for QA Team Metrics.- Maintain QA documentations.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, other related background- Previous working experience in software design and developing customer-oriented platforms.- Has at least 3 years related experience as a QA Engineer- Has at least 1 year of experience in leading teams.- Experience with microservices architecture is preferred.- Experience with the Scrum process is preferred.- Strong hands-on experience of Automated Test Tools such as Cypress, JMeter and others tools to conduct testing processes and ensure product quality.- Excellence Communication and interpersonal skills- Be able to prioritize test case based on main feature/product flow- Previously working at HR tech is preferred**Job Type**: Trial period contractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From Rp8,000,000 per monthAbility to Commute:- Jakarta (required)Ability to Relocate:- Jakarta: Relocate before starting work (required)
