**About the Team**:

- The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. Join us to own a product that is impacting millions of lives in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.- Primarily conduct end-to-end testing for the (input product here)
- Work with Product and Business Teams and assist to develop and review/execute test cases based on the business requirements
- Report bugs and errors to Development Teams promptly for investigation, and ensure close monitoring of defect resolution and retest
- Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Project Lead
- Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results and defect management for the required sign offs
- Identify and propose ways to constantly improve UAT efficiency
- Provide CG (Communication Guide) and conduct training to stakeholders both in English and Bahasa

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from Computer Science or any related field
- Possessing 1-2 years of experience in testing UAT projects in will be an advantage
- Highly goal driven and able to work well in dynamic environments
- Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise for team improvements
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
