Product Researcher (Orami)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with the Product Management, Engineering, UI/UX, and Data team in identifying the company's competitive edge.
- Conduct and leverage various research methods to gain a better understanding of the market condition and users' needs.
- Present research insights in an engaging and compelling narrative.
- Drive and evangelise for customer-centric approaches within the organisation.
- Proactively involved in product decisions to prevent uninformed decisions.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team in shaping the product's direction and metrics.
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputable university is required.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Product and Market Research.
- Prior working experience in technology companies is a plus.
- Passionate about how to improve customer experience.
- Analytical and data-driven.
- Highly proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
