About the department
The GLP-1 Sales team in Novo Nordisk Indonesia consists of highly driven people who are passionate about changing diabetes and in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders. We educate our customers on our products and more importantly the disease area. We help them to make the right choices for their patients, building relationships based on mutual respect, honesty and business ethic. The position
As a Product Specialist, you are the frontline interface with healthcare professionals to discuss the benefits and features of Novo Nordisk's products. You have a designated territory where you oversee both financial and non-financial targets.
Other role tasks are as follows but is not limited to:
You will have the autonomy to develop a territory business plan, suggest and discuss relevant action plans with your manager, and implement these plans in collaboration with marketing and colleagues within the function to drive the overall financial and non-financial performance of your assigned territory. You will be in charge of maintaining up-to-date information on customers and the market landscape, and for reporting this information into the company's system in a timely manner. You will be required to actively participate in exhibitions, symposiums, and congresses, as needed, to drive high awareness of disease management and knowledge of products among healthcare professionals and to strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications You hold a minimum an associate's degree with strong interest in Sales.  You are a Sales at Pharmaceutical company (preferable in Multinational Company) with minimum 2 years of experiences and knowledgeable in private market in Lampung. You are knowledgeable about products that require a strong conceptual understanding (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular) and can effectively present these products to stakeholders. Expertise in these areas is advantageous. You should have strong ethical conduct sense, high degree of self-driven with a desire to influence.  Working at Novo Nordisk
