About the department
The GLP-1 Sales team at Novo Nordisk Indonesia consists of highly motivated individuals passionate about changing diabetes. We work closely with other internal stakeholders to educate our customers about our products and, more importantly, the disease area. We support them in making the best choices for their patients, fostering relationships built on mutual respect, honesty, and business ethics. The position
As a Product Specialist, you will serve as the frontline interface with healthcare profes-sionals, discussing the benefits and features of Novo Nordisk's products. You will oversee both financial and non-financial targets within your designated territory.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing a territory business plan, proposing and discussing relevant action plans with your manager, and implementing these plans in collaboration with marketing and colleagues to drive the overall performance of your assigned territory. Maintaining up-to-date information on customers and the market landscape, and reporting this information in a timely manner using the company's system. Actively participating in exhibitions, symposiums, and congresses as needed to raise awareness about disease management and enhance knowledge of products among healthcare professionals, strengthening customer relationships. Qualifications You hold at least an associate's degree and demonstrate a strong interest in sales. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferably in a multinational company) and are knowledgeable about the private market in Lampung. You are familiar with products that require strong conceptual understanding (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular) and can effectively present them to stake-holders.
