About the department
The GLP-1 Sales team in Novo Nordisk Indonesia consists of highly driven people who are passionate about changing diabetes and in close collaboration with other internal stakeholders. We educate our customers on our products and more importantly the disease area. The position
As a Product Specialist, you are the frontline interface with healthcare professionals to discuss the benefits and features of Novo Nordisk's products. You have a designated territory to oversee the financial and non-financial targets of your appointed territory.
Other role tasks are as follows but are not limited to:
You are given autonomy to conduct a territory business plan, suggest and discuss relevant action plans with your manager, and implement the action plan in collaboration with marketing and colleagues within the function effectively to drive the overall financial and non-financial performance of your appointed territory. You are in charge of maintaining up-to-date information on customers and the market landscape and reporting all the information into the company's system on time. You are required to actively take part in exhibitions, symposiums, and congresses, as needed, to drive high awareness of disease management and knowledge of products among healthcare professionals, and to strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications You hold a minimum bachelor's degree with a strong interest in Sales. You are a Sales at a Pharmaceutical company (preferably in a Multinational Company) with minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge in private market in Semarang You are knowledgeable (expert is advantageous) with products that need strong concepts (e.g. Diabetes/ Hypertension/ Cardiovascular) and know how to liaise products to the stakeholders. You should have a strong ethical conduct sense, a high degree of self-drivenness with a desire to influence. Working at Novo Nordisk
