**OVERALL PURPOSE/ROLES**
Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
Product Specialist is responsible to achieve sales objectives, increasing market share growth of product line, representing and promoting the company within specified activity.
**SPECIFIC ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Sales Activity**
- Achieved targets and delivery of high customer service to the existing and potential customers.
- Doing presentations / detailing to doctors, practice staff and nurses in hospital, hospital doctors, or Pharmacists related to products and or new product.
- Planning work schedules for visit by weekly and monthly and make the reports
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.
- Working with team managers to plan how to approach contacts and creating effective business plans.
**Customer and Distributor Relationship**
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
**WORKING RELATIONSHIP**
**External Relationship**
- ** Doctors**:ensure the doctor aware and recommendation about our product to their patient
- ** Hospital and Clinic**:making a good relationship with the hospital and clinic to gain a positive outcome
- ** KoL (Key Opinion Leader)**:consult and supporting KoL, becoming a company associate
- ** Distributor**:checking and ensuring stock availability
**Internal Relationship**
- ** Marketing Team**:execute marketing plan
- ** Marketing Coordinator**:collaborate for event process, expenses, and HOD
- ** Medical Team**:provide medical knowledge & medical journal for internal & external stakeholders
- ** COD (Commercial Operation Development Team)**:collaborate with Sales Force Effectiveness Team (related with new HCP) and Key Account Management Team (related with hospital listing)
- ** Project Manager & Consumer Project**:collaborate to create program and increase awareness
**QUALIFICATION & SKILLS**
- Minimum bachelor's degree or academic in health-related/medical major, preferably in Pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position and pharmaceutical industry (Vaccine Business Unit)
- Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues
- Strong on medical communication phrase
- Willing to be placed around Indonesia during the employment
