Production And Configuration Specialist

Job Description Manage and maintain configuration items (CIs) across various systems, applications, and infrastructure components.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of CIs, including version control and change history.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Support, EOD) to identify and prioritize configuration requirements.
Implement and test changes to CIs, ensuring minimal disruption to production environments.
Rapidly detect, analyze, and resolve alerts and issues, escalating when necessary to minimize trade flow disruption and prevent outages.
Manage user requests and queries, tracking progress from initial submission to resolution, including approvals, updates, and closure.
Conduct thorough testing, identification, and diagnosis of functionality errors within established testing protocols.
Work with XML files to address customer requests related to the GUI, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Coordinate with clients and counter networks for new implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
Requirements - Excellent English (written and spoken), 
- Tech-savvy approach to problem-solving,
- Ability to work US hours, if needed.
