Job Description:

- Execute direction management for all digital platforms
- Develop digital strategy for all B-Universe campaigns
- Analyzing upcoming and ongoing campaigns
- Developing content plans, budgeting, as well as supervising each campaign
- Supervision for each digital output (image, video, caption)
- Prepare reports for each campaign that has been carried out
- Responsible directly to the GM Digital Social Media and Business Developement & Digital Business Director

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree majoring in Marketing, Social Media, Communication would be an advantage
- At least 3+ years of proven experience with managing social media accounts in notable media companies both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated track record in achieving objectives and working in a highly collaborative environment and cross-functional setting
- Proven expertise in managing multiple social channels (LinkedIn, FB/IG, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube) and keeping up with latest trends.
- High familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g HootSuite, SproutSocial, Crowdtangle)
- Excellent copywriting skills and visual intelligence
- Comfortable with numbers and data-driven
