**Production Area Leader**
This position reports into Production Lead and is based at Jakarta Raya.

**What You Will Do**
The position is responsible for:
- Preparing all the requirements for packaging implementation including packaging materials, personnel, and documents.
- Ensuring the implementation of packaging processes and documentation according to applicable procedures until the process is completed.
- Key Responsibilities***
- Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines appropriately.
- Create good save Quality and Safety.
- Supervise the production or packaging activities from the receipt of raw materials/packaging materials to the delivery of finished products according to the predetermined schedule.
- Supervise the process effectively and meet the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Assist the Value Stream leader in supervising the handling process of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished products containing certain precursor substances and medicinal materials.
- Ensure that recording/documentation of production/packaging processes is clear, complete, and meets Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
- Ensure the proper maintenance/use of production/packaging facilities including hygienic cleaning and sanitation of production and packaging facilities.
- Ensure the availability of Line Performance Board every week based on the weekly target agreements decided in the Pre-Weekly Meeting conveyed by the Shift Value Stream Leader.
- Meet the predetermined time and quantity targets listed on the Line Performance Board.
- Monitor personnel attendance and placement through available monitoring systems and ensure their presence in their work areas.
- Review the Line Performance Board and conduct Performance Review Dialogues with Operators and Line Leaders according to the predetermined frequency and provide advice if there are risky performances and/or failure to meet targets.
- Escalate to the Shift Value Stream Leader and contact relevant parties if there are discrepancies in processes, machinery, schedules, documentation, personnel, etc., that may hinder production and packaging processes.
- Check and ensure that the information in the Batch Packaging Record is complete and accurate.
- Provide detailed information regarding production and packaging activities during Shift Hand Over to the next Production Area Leader.
- Perform Process Confirmation with Production Area Leaders and Operators and follow up on Process Confirmation from the Value Stream Leader.
- Appreciate good performance exceeding expectations and continue this information to the Shift Supervisor as input in the Reward & Recognition process.
- Immediately report to the Duty Value Stream Leader if any discrepancies are found in the packaging process and inspection results in the process (IPC) and if there are issues in Production and Packaging that require repair to be done by Engineering, the Production Area Leader will create SR and a problem statement while ensuring the problem has been resolved.
- Specifically for Production Area Leaders in Production, create TOC schedules and TOC preparations (new or repaired tools/machinery).
- Manpower arrangements (Quantity, Tasks, and Overtime), create Packaging Permit processes.
- Update and review data in SharePoint, document all stages of the packaging process correctly.
- Verify the initial implementation of the packaging process and printing of packaging materials.
- Supervise the packaging process as stated in the Batch Packaging Record.
- Verify the end process and the quantity of the packaging process.
- As Delegation in absence of (Job Title): Check, evaluate, and sign documents related to Production Packaging and Secondary Packaging Processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Must have received COPB training as well as other relevant knowledge and skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in production/packaging areas.
