Production Assistant

Job Description
Responsible for developing the product business and optimizing the product portfolio
Responsible for data collection and analysis
Able to analyze and understand customer needs and market dynamics
Able to understand and work according to regulations
Manage the entire product life cycle, price alignment and product roadmap (currently and for the next 5 years) to ensure the continued growth of business units
Support and cooperate with Management to achieve divisional and company goals and objectives
Prepare and continue monitoring of new product launches (pre, during and post)
Product Training
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably related to medical devices
Have min. 1 year of experience in the Medical Device industry
Have a good relationship with the Health Association (such as IKABI, PERSADIA, PEDI, etc.)
Able to communicate well in English (verbal and written)
Good analytical skills, communication and attention to details
Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Cikarang
