Hold Bachelor's degree.

Business level English.
Have minimum 10 years experience as Production in Polyester/Flexible Packaging industry, with 2 years experience as Assistant Manager.
Experienced in handling large numbers of subordinates (staff, senior staff to operator level).

Good leadership, management, and interpersonal skill; highly responsible, proactive, smart, and excellent problem solving skill.

Have working experience in Japanese Manufacturing company.
Able to join asap!

Manage the production department.
