Production Delivery Officer

Job Description Summary:Responsible for ensuring product delivery so that the products are delivered to the customer (Estate) with the right type, quantity, destination, and timing.Job Description:- Planning and scheduling delivery of goods to customers.- Requesting delivery fleets (expedition) from CPRC according to the planned schedule.- Ensuring the availability of delivery vehicles according to the schedule and the quantity of products to be shipped.- Creating shipping administration and archiving, such as Goods Delivery Note (SPB) and Handover Report (BAST).- Confirming deliveries to customers (estate) for completed delivery processes.- Monitoring processes during product delivery.- Coordinating with Customers (Managers & KTU Estates) regarding the return of Product Acceptance Status & Customer Satisfaction Surveys.-- Having 5 years of experience in caring for and handling oil palm plants, as well as experience in plant shipping.Job Requirements :- Having 5 years of experience in caring and handling palm oil plants, also plant shipping- Willing to be located in Sentul, Bogor"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
