**Job Objectives**
- Mapping production (flows and stages, balancing positions).
- Consolidate the availability and relevance of data (material, resources, lead times, etc.).
- Evaluate the charge versus capacity.
- Production management. Ensure orders are released on time.
- Monitor the delays and consolidate the real causes. Monitor the proceedings and check in the field, stores then workshops until stock.
- Consolidate missing component list (materials + parts + products).
- Set up "SQCDP" routines.
- Identify and analyze risks. (impact of non-preventive action)
- Define the right KPIs and Instore Weekly dashboard.
- Manage the action plan with prioritization methods.
**Responsibilities**
- Main focal point of AH on the supplier's site, on all topics related to due delivery dates.
- Become a referent and a coach with the supplier's teams.
- Ensure the implementation of the production plan, within safety and quality rules.
- Define and address acceleration and recovery solutions
- Establish a close team relationship with AH's teams.

**Requirement - Professional skills**
Education
- Master degree or equivalence in production and/or supply chain management.
- Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP.
- MS project, Excel, database management.
- Knowledge of quality basics, (PDCA, 5W1H)
- Supply chain control certification is preferable
Experience
- 5 years in Production control management.
- 5 years in Supply chain management.
- 5 years experience in Lean and Continuous improvement.
Working Location
- The role will be located in Airbus Indonesia supplier - PT. Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia
