Production Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Create production process design including process sequence, process capability, tools & equipment so that the production process is in accordance with standards.
- Creating electrification process design including process sequence, process capability, tools & equipment so that the production process is in accordance with the standard.
- Determine manhour estimation to calculate production capacity by calculating the number of stations, number of manpower, and the need for tools & equipment in production.
- Create documents for each production process carried out by making process design sheets (including work instructions, process layouts, etc.) as a guide in the production process.
- Monitoring the production process on a daily basis in accordance with the process design sheet to ensure that the process is carried out according to procedures.
- Conduct production review based on the design concept to ensure the standardisation of the production process.


JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Analytical thinking skills and a passion for learning new things.
- Have knowledge and skills in the area of manufacturing processes.
- Have the drive and passion to learn new things.
