Company: PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of production engineers, technicians and line supervisors by providing necessary coaching and support on daily operation activities as well as professional growth development in the department. To plan the production schedules and ensure that production targets are achieved in terms of output and timing while maximizing efficiency and resource utilization Identify opportunities and implement programs for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings through data analysis and performance monitoring on overall production activities Ensure managed production activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Implement and maintain internal quality control measures to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner whenever necessary Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, planning, manufacturing, and logistics to optimize production processes. Coordinate with process and industrial engineering teams to ensure smooth transition of new products from design to production. Perform all other related duties as assigned by Plant Manager or General Manager
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronic, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus. At least 10 years of experience in Production Manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership roles with a track record of success in optimizing production processes and leading teams. Strong decision-making and people management skills Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Certifications preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
