Production & Engineering Manager

Oversee Production Operation.
- Plan and Optimize resources to achive quality, efficiency & delivery.
- Coordinate with PPIC, Sales & Technical Department
- Ensure mould changeover with advance preparation
- Development hot stamping plate/foil & silkscreen stencil/ink
- Carry out continous improvement activities to increase productivity
- Cultivate good working culture, develop & maintain employee skill
- Provide motivation & resolve employee issues
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
- Min 8 Years experience in manufacturing (Injection Moulding)
- Must Possess good computer skill and hands-on experience in ERP system.
- Able to communicate well at all level and strong leadership
- Independent, good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good knlowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, & 5S management
