**Job Description**:
a. Oversee Product Development:
- Manage the entire product development process, including planning, setting quality standards, conducting trials, and reviewing design processes.
b. Enhance Tools and Processes:
- Analyze and improve tools, equipment, and processes to boost quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
c. Documentation and Coordination:
- Develop SOPs and Work Instructions for product and design processes.
- Coordinate with other related departments.
d. Tooling and Drawing Management:
- Create drawing tools based on customer product drawings.
- Input and maintain modified tooling data.
e. Communication and Problem Solving:
- Hold meetings/discussions to address and resolve issues.
- Explain modifications to prevent errors and ensure smooth execution.
f. Quality Assurance:
- Check tools dimensions and appearance according to provided drawings.
- Determine if tools meet specifications (NG/OK) and communicate the condition to relevant parties.
g. Rework and Reporting:
- Provide rework instructions for tools not meeting specifications until they meet the required standards.
- Inform and submit modified tools to the relevant department.
h. Bolt Making Process Expertise:
- Possess familiarity with the modification and mechanism of forming machines in the Bolt making process.
Requirement:
- Male, 30-35 years old
- Education min. D3 Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
- Work experience min. 2 years at Fastener (bolt/nut) mfg PMA Japan is preferred
*other than PMA Japan may apply
- Experience with forming machines (brand name: CHUN ZU & SAKAMURA) and tooling, specifically in the Bolt Making Process, is preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office
- Has leadership skill (experience handle subordinate is preferred)
- SIM A & SIM C
**Salary**: Up to Rp11,000,000 per month
