Production Foreman (Kalimantan)

Lead the daily operational team in executing coal mining activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, overseeing the efficient use of equipment, and reporting production results and operational challenges to superiors
- Minimum SMK (with 6 years of experience in a similar position), D3/S1 degree (with 3 years of experience in a similar position)
- Understanding of Equipment Management, HSE Procedure, Mining Business processes
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and achieve production targets
- Adaptability and flexibility to cope with changes in production demands
- Problem-solving abilities to address equipment and production process issues
- Possession of a valid POP BNSP certificate is a plus
