Job Roles and Responsibilities
**Responsibilities**:
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demands. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between production and supply chain functions.
- Quality Control: Work closely with the Quality Head to ensure adherence to quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Resource Management: Optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to maximize production efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and reduce production costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the production team to achieve operational excellence. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the production department.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance overall production efficiency. Implement best practices in manufacturing processes to improve product quality and reduce lead times.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities. Implement and monitor safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
- Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with the Research and Development team to implement new technologies and processes that enhance production capabilities.
Skills and Key Requirements
- Proven track record of successful production management and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean principles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Employer is a well-known company based in India that specializes in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of products and services primarily related to the oil and gas industry. Employer is having Subsidary office in Indonesia for the marketing of Oil Field Equipment in SOUTHEAST AISA ( SEA ) countries. They are into business for past 60 years, currently having 11 manufacturing units across India, USA and Germany.
Pay: Rp8,945,316 - Rp12,000,000 per month
