Production & Maintenance Manager - Fmcg (Surabaya)

5 years experience as Maintenance & Production Manager in the Food Manufacturing Industry
- Experienced in leading FMCG / F&B production process and handling the Maintenance activities as well
- Have Knowledge of Standards related to Food Quality and Safety (SNI, BPOM, HALAL, ISO)

We are now looking for a position as a Production & Maintenance Manager areas with requirements as below:
Qualifications:

- Minimum S1 from Bachelor's degree from any related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Production & Maintenance Manager in the Food Manufacturing Industry
- Have Excellent Knowledge of ISO & 5S Implementation
- Have Knowledge of Standards related to Food Quality and Safety (SNI, BPOM, HALAL)
- Have an Understanding of Indonesian Labor Law Policies and Regulations

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the factory and all resource assets under its supervision
- Plan, prepare, implement and supervise factory operations effectively and efficiently
- Prepare economical operational budgets
- Determine production quality standards and required resource requirements
- Achieve all process targets production according to a predetermined schedule
- Supervision of all systems implemented in the production area, such as 5S, EHS, HACCP and ISO 22000:2018
- Implementing health and safety guidelines in the production area and being able to achieve zero accidents
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of subordinates periodically
