Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.**Responsibilities**:- Provide visionary leadership to the team, setting the overall creative direction and inspiring innovative thinking.- Setting up KPI for each member of the team.- Lead and manage the end-to-end production of creative projects, including photo shoots, video shoots, and digital campaigns.- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.- Coordinate with internal and external resources, such as photographers, stylists, and production crews.- Ensure the availability of necessary resources and equipment for each project.- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain high-quality standards in all visual content.- Oversee the editing and post-production process to ensure the final deliverables meet brand guidelines.- Manage budgets for creative production, including costs associated with design, materials, and other creative elements.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in both beauty and creative design.- Introduce innovative and trend-driven ideas into the creative production process.**Requirements**:- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Broadcasting, Communication, or any related fields).- Proven experience in a creative production or producer role within the beauty or cosmetics industry.- Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and creative processes.- Excellent project management and organisational skills.- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Creative flair and ability to think outside the box.- Familiarity with photography and video production processes.We have a 'CREATE' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Eccentric, Agile, Tough, Effective).
