Minimum education: S1 Industrial Engineering
- Maximum age 45 years
- Min 3 years experience in the same position
- Can read field drawings
- Able to plan production schedules with PPIC
- Coordinate with other department managers
- Calculate production machine capacity
- Control the quality and quantity of production results
- Able to operate Ms. Excel, Ms. Project (Plus Value)
- Has a leadership spirit, can work together with a team
- Honest, disciplined and responsible
- Do not smoke
