Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer from reputable university.

Minimum 5 years of experience as Manager in Manufacture.

Experienced in Automotive industry/steel pipe.

Understand ISO 9001:2008.

Have leadership experience, good interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Strategize, planning and responsible on production process.

Full responsibility on production target, production machine, team performance, etc.

Making decisions about equipment use and maintenance.

Implementing improvements to the production process.

Implement and improve Lean Manufacturing concept.

Coordinate production process to have a smooth and great result.

Estimating costs and preparing budgets.

Ensuring products meet quality standards.

Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel.

Preparing production reports.
