Production Manager - Pet Food

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient operation of all manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, to resolve production issues and achieve operational goals.
- Perform reporting to the management regarding the analysis of the financial results of the plant.
- Drive initiatives to promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation within the production department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Indonesian Nationality with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pet food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and cost management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience in Just in Time (JIT) or Manufacturing to-order environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production challenges.
