This function will be reporting to the Production Supervisor and will be based at dsm-firmenich Karawang Plant.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow and implement Health, Safety & Environment policies/procedures, Food safety and Quality, including GMP if applicable, and 5S.
- Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
- Record production data sheet available at the job location.
- Perform in-process analysis together with QC Analysts.
- Report any problem during operation to the Supervisors or Manager.
- Recommend changes on procedures and practices for continuous improvement.

**You bring**:
- Polytechnic or University with major in Food Technology/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years related experience in a manufacturing.
- Positive work attitude, structured
- Must be thorough, attentive to details, and well organized
- Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Develop analytical skills with problem solving ability
- Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment
