As a production scheduler, you should be able to multitask and provide quick responses to production problems. As generating reports and schedules require the use of SAP, you must also have an aptitude for computers and Microsoft Excel. A top-notch production scheduler should help ensure that company objectives are achieved and that all deadlines are met.You should be organized, well-versed in production procedures and ways to optimize them and have a results-driven approach together with great-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are also required.This function will be reporting to the Production Planner Perfumery and Taste & Beyond who is based in Cileungsi.**Key Responsibilities**:Creating and maintaining schedules in SAP.Using workers and resources in the most effective manner.Providing quick responses to production issues.Identifying problems and helping improve processes.Using SAP and Microsoft Excel to generate reports and schedules.Ensuring that company deadlines are met.Understand Service Level concept / OTIF (On Time In Full) and Production Punctuality / Schedule Adherence.Supervise production activities to ensure they will finish on time and within target leadtime delivery.Detect and resolve issues when they arise.Collect output information, including number of finished products, required materials, percentage of defectives, etc.Create status and performance reports and present them to managers.Manage the project paperwork.Work together with production, customer experience, quality control ? warehouse and other respective function.**We value**:Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Management / Accounting or related field and equivalent minimum 3 years of experience in production planning.Experience in production will be an advantage.Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.Proficiency with computers.Ability to create and understand reports in order to make production decisions.A desire to promote the success of the organization and production staff.Having continuous improvement & growth mindset.Organized, analytical, and meticulous.Detailed - Oriented person.Excellent communication and team building skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to consistently meet deadlines and manage multiple task.Skilled at working in a fast paced environment open to constant change in demands.Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and the ability to work within a team.Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP systems and analytical skills (MS Excel).**We offer**:Join a talented, dynamic and diverse team and working environment.
