Production Staff(Cold Forging Products, Bolt/Nut)

**Job Description**:

- Coordinate with related departments to implement programs and problem solving within the scope of his section.
- Provide direction and motivation to subordinates to support and implement all work targets.
- Control the implementation of systems and procedures which include: SOP, Work Pattern (Pola Kerja), employee discipline, and cleanliness of the work area.
- Control the achievement of targets, storage, shrinkage, cases (regarding Quality) that occur.
- Resolve any problems in his section effectively and efficiently, so that the problems do not occur repeatedly.
- Provide decisions if there are matters that need to be resolved within the scope of his section.
- Provide an assessment (Job Evaluation), objectively to the work performance that has been achieved every month.

Requirement:

- Male, 25-30 years old
- Education min. D3 (Industrial Engineering is preferred)
- Work experience min. 1 year at automotive manufacturing PMA Japan (Fastener (bolt/nut) maker is preferred)
- Understand the flow of manufacturing production process
- Experienced in handling subordinates at least 20 people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- English basic
- Able to work in shift (normal shift 07:30 - 16:35 / Shift 1 06:00 - 15:00 / Shift 2 14:30 - 22:30)

**Salary**: Up to Rp6,000,000 per month
