This function will be reporting to the Production Manager and will be based at Firmenich Aromatics Indonesia Karawang Plant.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follows and implement Health, Safety & Environment policies/procedures.
- Follows and implement Food safety and Quality, including GMP if applicable.
- Safely operate and monitor process equipment in area of responsibility.
- Perform in-process analysis together with QC Analysts.
- Report any problem during operation to Production Manager.
- Ensure all SAP data entry, batch sheets, spreadsheets, etc, are promptly and accuracy maintained.
- Coordinate coverage issues and overtime when required.
- Utilizes leadership to promote safety and quality awareness, besides customer orientation environment.
- Assist and train team members in the procedures required to perform their jobs. Coordinate cross training activities when possible.
- Coordinate activities with Planning team, Maintenance Team, Quality team, and WH teams, including prod schedule, maintenance, etc.
- Support Process Eng dan Proj. Engineer in specific task result from new projects.
- Implement 5S and keep good housekeeping.
- Follow the applicable procedures.
- Recommends changes on procedures and practices for continuous improvement.
- Food Safety Regulation Compliance Management (Local food claims management, local prevention, local regulation knowledge)

**You bring**:
- Polytechnic or University with major in Food Technology or Chemical or Mechanical or Electrical.
- Fresh Graduate or 1-3 years related experience in a manufacturing.
- Positive work attitude, structured
- Must be thorough and attentive to details, Organized
- Able to multitask and complete multiple requests on time
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Developing analytical skills with problem solving ability
- Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment
- Good Presentation skills
