Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

- Bachelor in Mechanical or Engineering
- Min 3 years in working experience as Production Supervisor
- Experience in Valve industry is preferably
- Computed literated and good skills in Ms. Office is a must.
- Ready for working shift
- Placement on Cilegon - Banten

Jobdesk:

- Set daily/weekly/monthly target for production line and communicate to worker
- Create Production schedule weekly
- Ensure Production line runs smoothly based on planning
- Manage necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, machine, consumables, etc) to meet production targets
- Recommends efficiencies in production line including adjust production schedule whenever possible or necessary
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Monitor production, resolve issues and suggest improvements
- Train new employee on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and quality standards
- Report to Production Manager regarding to Productivity, Quality, Safety and other related issue
- Ensure implementation that 5S/5R guidelines are followed at all times
- Evaluate personnel performance in production line according to KPI in Production Department
- Maintain QMS, EMS and OH&SMS implementation
