Production Supervisor

Working location: Tangerang

**Requirements**:

- Have a working experience in manufacturing industry or related (metalworks, diecast, etc.)
- Familiar and used to the strict working procedures and KAIZEN
- Able to communicate in English

Key responsibility areas
- Supervising and coordinating with workers on the site
- Reporting on work progress and facility state such as machine condition
- Reporting to superior officer regarding progress on field from the perspective of Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Productivity of production
- Teaching regarding workplace safety while enriching the skills of subordinates
- Maintain relations with other sections of production to ensure proper production flow
- Maintain relations within managed section with focus on production quality
