Job Description Lead and manage the production support team for applications related to IT payment systems, EFT switching, and card management systems.Oversee daily operations, ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of critical applications.Provide hands-on technical support and problem resolution for complex issues.Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to drive continuous improvement.Requirement 8-10 years of experience in application support with a focus on IT payment systems, EFT switching, or card management systems.Proven experience as a hands-on application support lead and managing a team.Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
