Production Team Leader (Manufacture Industry)

We represent our client that one of Indonesia's largest PVC pipe manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the use of machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production operations.
- Perform analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the implementation of shopfloor activities, including Autonomous Maintenance, SGA/QCC, Kaizen, Safety & 5R/5S, to optimize production processes.
- Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance, support, and training to team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any production-related issues.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Maximum 32 years old.
- Preferred industry experience in FMCG or Automotive.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Production Supervisor position or 5 years in a Production Foreman/Group Leader position.
- Strong understanding of process control, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Autonomous Maintenance.
- Experience in handling production process issues and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to be placed in Bekasi, West Java (Cibitung Plant).
